Documents and information you provide
Everything else is on us. These are the only inputs we need from your side — and the statutory duties that stay with you as the direct employer.
Employer Requirements Form (Annex 1)
- Employment category and volume — long-term contracts (permit type E.4) or seasonal labour (E.5 / E.6).
- Mandatory qualifications: technical skills, verified years of experience, equipment certifications, language level.
- Contractual conditions: gross monthly salary (never below the Greek statutory minimum wage), weekly hours, shifts and rest.
- Logistics and welfare: accommodation address, capacity and type, meal allowances, daily transport to site.
- Agro sector only: cultivated land area, crop types and OSDE / MAE registration numbers for the legal hiring quota.
Eligibility verification before Greek authorities
- Tax clearance (AADE) and social security clearance (e-EFKA), or an approved debt settlement plan in good standing.
- General Certificate and Certificate of Representation from the Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.).
- Income tax returns and the latest financial statements proving capacity to meet payroll.
After arrival — your statutory duties
- Signing the Greek employment contract prepared during the filing process.
- Hiring notification in the ERGANI system and e-EFKA enrolment from day one of work.
- Agreed accommodation and wages meeting or exceeding the statutory minimum.
Why the pre-screening matters
If a company appears on public blacklists or carries unresolved compliance flags, Greek immigration authorities reject the application automatically. This check protects the shared timeline and the capital we invest up front on your behalf.
Legal framework
The project is directed by SlovakTransLine and executed with the fully licensed European recruitment agency BOAZ Personal, s. r. o.
Exclusive sourcing mandate
BOAZ Personal is mandated to source, vet, screen and present qualified Indian candidates strictly according to Annex 1.
Legal representation in Greece
A power of attorney authorises our Greek immigration lawyer to assemble and submit petitions before the Decentralised Administrations and ministries.
Zero upfront risk
No retainer, no reservation fee, no administrative fee. All upfront capital risk is absorbed by the agency.
Direct employment relationship
We act as a licensed recruitment and placement intermediary, not a temporary staffing agency — the contract is signed directly between your company and the worker under Greek labour law.
One-time placement fee
Invoiced only after the worker completes the 30-day trial and you decide to keep them.
| Worker category | One-time placement fee |
|---|---|
Standard full-time employee (E.4) Long-term employment contracts. | €500 |
Seasonal worker (E.5 / E.6) Time-limited placements in agriculture and tourism. | €250 |
- — Invoiced without VAT under the EU B2B reverse charge mechanism (Art. 196, Directive 2006/112/EC).
- — Payment terms: net 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
- — Strictly one-time: no monthly agency fees, no retainers, no salary percentage deductions.
- — If the worker fails the qualification standards, breaches discipline or does not report for duty within the first month, you owe no placement fee and we start a replacement search at our own expense. This does not apply to dismissals caused by restructuring or redundancy.
